With over 1000 hours in advanced massage training techniques, I have become proficient in many healing modalities including Swedish, deep-tissue, Shiatsu, Acupressure, and energy work and I have been certified as a Bondassage and Elysium practitioner.

As a healer and intentional body worker, I understand the impact that touch can have on a person, especially now, when we are more touch starved than ever before. Creating a safe space for you to relax, release, and return to balance brings me joy and soon it may do the same for you.
